台風15号で甚大な被害を受け、およそ42万戸(午後4時現在)で停電が、現在も2万戸で断水が続いている千葉県。
物流が滞っていたり、通信障害が起きたりしている地域も広くにわたっており、市民生活に深刻な影響を及ぼしているほか、熱中症とみられる死者も2人出ているようです。
台風15号の通過から丸3日たっても、千葉県では事態が収束するめどがたっていません。
東京電力は11日、同日中の県内の停電復旧は難しいと発表しており、
携帯電話などの通信を支えてきた非常用電源も切れ、市民には不安といらだちが募るばかりです。
そんななか、ツイッターなどのSNS上では「もう限界…」という声が相次いで上がっています。
最も懸念されているのは、暑さです。
気象庁によると、千葉県内では11日、最高気温33度を記録。
さらに9月12日も最高気温が31度で、9月に入っても猛暑日が続いています。
すでに熱中症とみられる症状で死者も出ており、台風や停電だけの被害だけでなく、事態は大きくなってきています。
これにより、Twitter上では多くの方からSOSの声があがっており、
「子どもたちが限界を迎えそうです」
「精神的にキツイ」
「食べ物、飲み物不足しています」などという声が相次いで寄せられています。
このほか、同居している高齢者の体調の悪化を訴えたり、
一緒に暮らすペットたちが苦しそうにしているという様子を訴えたりするツイートもありました。
ただ、復旧には当初の想定以上に時間を要しているのが現状で、
東京電力は9月11日時点の会見でも、「今日(11日)中の復旧の見通しは立っていない」と発表しており、
被害に遭った多くの人がSOSを求めていますが、まだ復旧には時間がかかりそうです。
また、停電が続くなか、車内泊をしている人も多く見られます。
これには、「エコノミークラス症候群」に注意が必要だと、専門家は言います。
車中泊で熱中症などを避ける人もいますが、実は長時間にわたって同じ姿勢でいると、足などの血の流れが悪くなり、血の塊(血栓)ができます。
また、最悪の場合、血流で移動した血栓が肺の血管を詰まらせ、死に至ることもあるので非常に恐ろしいです。
まず、対策としては、同じ姿勢のままでは過ごさず、ストレッチなど、適度な運動を行うことがもっとも有効。
また、喉が乾く前にこまめな水分補給をすること、ベルトなどをきつく締めず、リラックスすることも大切てす。
歩いているときに息切れがしたり、胸が痛くなったり、足のむくみや痛みなどの症状が出たりしたら、
すでに症状が出ているおそれが高いので、すぐに医療機関を受診する必要があります。
今回の千葉県の被害の状況などがあまりメディアなどで報道されていません。
その裏側には、内閣改造などがあったためかもしれませんが、
自治体だけの対応ではなく、政府が対応することはできないのでしょうか?
いち早く復旧を願いたいです。
